October 1990 The Vcenter-65 Integrated Machining Center won the Top Award for the second consecutive time in the Tool Machine Product Research and Development Innovation Competition.

January Established the "Plastic Machinery Division" to invigorate the plastic injection industry. On October 30 of the same year, the industrial zone plant was completed and an opening ceremony was held.

July The company's meticulously developed Vcenter-4 Integrated Machining Center was officially launched. This small CNC integrated machining center features high precision, high efficiency, suitable for small part processing in computers, aluminum alloys, etc., with quick tool change and movement, fully demonstrating economic value.

August Launched the TNS series product TNS-1A. This model is based on the development experience of the TNS lathe series, extended to ultra-high-speed spindle design, and can provide automatic feeding and program-controlled tailstock, becoming an automated CNC.

Actively expanded the export market with the self-created VICTOR international trademark, establishing a foundation for self-made and self-sold products.

Relocated to a modern new plant covering over 7,000 square meters (current Zhonggang Road site). Completed an integrated production system, including a foundry plant, with a monthly output of over 100 machine tools, and increased capital to NT$30 million.

Successfully exported the company's lathes and TS-20A powerful shapers. Developed high-speed precision lathes, introduced processing technology, and purchased precision machine tools to produce large vertical boring and milling machines.

Built a new plant on Yonghe Street, converted to a corporation, with employees increasing to over 80, and completed the development of belt-driven ordinary lathes and direct-drive shapers, establishing the company's foundation as a pioneer in Taiwan's machine tool manufacturing industry.

Relocated the plant to near Changchun Park, increased staff to over 30, produced belt-driven lathes, and formally registered the plant.
